WorkBoardAI for Copilot helps teams align on outcomes and drive fast execution within Microsoft 365 Copilot.

WorkBoardAI for Copilot integrates directly into Microsoft Teams, allowing you to track progress, gain insights, and take action without switching tools. You can create and update work directly from the conversation - set up action items, tasks, workstreams, and business reviews without leaving Microsoft 365.

How to Use

Installing WorkBoardAI for Copilot

To add the WorkBoard for Copilot agent to your Microsoft Copilot, click "Get agents" in the right-hand sidebar, search for "WorkBoardAI," click on the WorkBoardAI for Copilot card that comes up in the search results, and then click "Add."


Getting Started with WorkBoardAI for Copilot

When you install the agent, you will see four pre-built prompts you can use for a quick start to the conversation:

  • Status of My OKRs: Get the latest status of the objectives you own.
    (The first time you use this prompt, you will be asked to approve the agent's request to share data from WorkBoard, and then to log in to your WorkBoard to enable the agent to connect from Copilot.)

Once you've engaged the WorkBoardAI for Copilot agent with one of these conversation starters, you can ask follow-up questions about your objectives and key results, create or update work, or get OKR methodology and platform guidance from the agent.

WorkBoardAI for Copilot

Customers on WorkBoard's US service.

WorkBoardAI for Copilot (EU)

Customers with a WorkBoard EU account. If your organization uses WorkBoard's EU service, install this version.

Both versions work the same way - the only difference is which WorkBoard service they connect to. Search for the version that matches your account when installing.

Note: please note that that Microsoft Copilot uses WorkBoard Interaction credits, and requires WorkBoard Intelligent Enterprise.
