Overview
If your organization uses VPN to access the internet, there may be additional whitelisting or allow-listing of certain domains and subdomains to access WorkBoard. This can be enabled by your internal IT Team.
Important: WorkBoard's outbound IP addresses change on October 9, 2026
Does this affect you? If your organization allowlists WorkBoard's IP addresses in a firewall or security policy, our new IP addresses will need to be added before October 9 in order to avoid disruption to user access.
New ranges — add these before 9 October
Add the new CIDR block below for the region your WorkBoard instance is hosted in. If you're unsure, add both — the unused one has no effect. You can do this anytime before the 9th — our current IPs stay active until the switchover, so there's no risk in adding early, and no window where access is disrupted either way.
