How to report a bug in WorkBoard AI

Updated over a week ago

When to report a bug

Report a bug when something in WorkBoard AI is not working as expected (for example: an error message, missing data, broken workflow, incorrect calculations, or unexpected behaviour).

If you’re unsure whether it’s a bug, you can still contact Support - a Support Agent (AI) will help clarify and route it correctly.

How to submit a bug report

Report a bug by email

Send an email to [email protected] with your bug details. In your email, include:

  • A summary of the issue

  • Steps to reproduce (numbered, if possible)

  • Expected vs. actual results

  • Any error messages (copy/paste the exact text)

  • Screenshots or a screen recording

  • If submitting a ticket via the AI Support Agent, be sure to type "Talk to a human" after providing the details above to escalate the conversation to our support team.

Report a bug in WorkBoard

  1. In WorkBoard, click the WorkBoard AI Messenger launcher (chat bubble) in the bottom-right corner.

  2. Click Contact support to start a conversation.

  3. In the message, describe the issue and include the details from the checklist below.

  4. If needed, request a person by typing “talk to a human” (or similar). A human support agent can join the conversation for follow-up.

Where to track your tickets

  • In WorkBoard AI

Open WorkBoard AI Messenger → go to Tickets to view tickets and status.

  • Tickets portal

You can also track tickets in the Tickets portal:
    https://support.myworkboard.com/en/tickets-portal/

From the Tickets portal, you can view:

    • Your tickets (reported by you)

    • Organization tickets (reported by others in your WorkBoard org)

Note: To access and view the Tickets portal, you must have at least one ticket reported.
