Subscribe to a Biz Review Brief

How to subscribe to a Biz Review's Brief so it's delivered automatically to Email, Microsoft Teams, or Slack on a schedule you choose.

Overview

A Biz Review's Brief can be delivered to you automatically on a recurring schedule — you don't have to open the Biz Review and generate a new summary each time. Subscribing creates a personal delivery schedule for the AI-generated Brief, sent to Email, Microsoft Teams, and/or Slack.

Who can subscribe

Anyone with access to the Biz Review — owner, editor, or viewer — can create their own subscription. Each person's subscription is separate, so you can set your own frequency and delivery destinations independent of anyone else's.

How to subscribe

  1. Open the Biz Review.

  2. In the Biz Review Brief section, click Subscribe.

  3. If you don't already have a subscription, click Create new. (If you do, this same menu lets you view it.)

  4. Turn on Set up a schedule for this brief!

  5. Set your schedule, summary, and delivery options (below), then click Save.

Setting the schedule

  • Frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

  • Choose the day (for Weekly) and delivery time, in your time zone.

  • Until — set an end date, or leave it open-ended to keep the subscription running.

Choosing what the Brief covers

  • Focus — OKRs, OKRs + Workstreams, or Workstreams.

  • Since — the time window the summary covers (e.g., Last Week).

  • Format — Bullet point summary or Narrative.

  • Language — the language the summary is generated in.

Choosing where it's delivered

Turn on any combination of destinations:

  • Email — add one or more recipient addresses; remove any with the X.

  • Microsoft Teams — the first time you turn this on, click Authorize to connect WorkBoard to Teams.

  • Slack — the first time you turn this on, click Authorize to connect WorkBoard to Slack.

Managing or canceling a subscription

Click Subscribe on the Biz Review again, then View all to manage every Biz Review and Scorecard subscription you have from your Lists and Subscriptions page (under your profile Settings). From there you can rename, edit, or delete a subscription.

AI-generated summaries can contain inaccuracies — use them as a starting point, not a fully accurate report.
